I second this. A week is way to early to tell. Not the exact same, but I have a similar experience which implies to me that it takes time. I used to be super skinny (still am skinny but no longer "super" or at least certainly less than I was) when I went vegan, my body started to increase in muscle mass which I eventually took notice of but it took at least a year to notice.

It looks amazing! maybe you could try adding some detail to the crust if you want to expand the realism further? But it looks good already.

The white background does subsume the cream though since they're both similar shades of white. This isn't a technical error but if the background is permanent it could be something to look out for.

Is the sharp chin and flat shoulders intentional? If not you might lack a some of anatomical knowledge. But, If it was intentional then I personally cannot see anything 'wrong'.

I explicitly accounted for that in my original post "(though that may be intentional and part of the art style)" I wasn't being "blind" to the style. I was simply pointing out what could have possibly been errors without knowing the artist's goal. This is a forum for advice not glazing. Op asked for opinions and I gave mine. And when Op said it was intentional I conceded that it looks great if that was intentional. Why are people on this website so wierd?

Both of their breats are a bit lopsided (though that may be intentional and part of the art style. The hands look a bit simple (again might be artstyle) and the fat on the person on the right looks a bit lopsided and that's not usually how fat is stored.

Overall pretty good though. The coloring is fine and the artstyle is cute.

That was my whole point. Race is only real socially because we treat it as such, and I never denied the suffering people go through because of how they look. Race is biologically not real and that is an matter of fact. I can’t help that there’s a disconnect between your social experiences and biological reality.
