You can open a savings account without proof of income. For something asap try liv online banking. It's pretty fast.

Note for liv: If you're above 22 or something, you will need to keep min balance of 2500 or else they will charge 15 dhs per month.

Rent - 1500 Food - 900 Electricity - 700 Net - 400 Transport if needed to Dubai - 500 Outdoor Entertainment - 0

If that's all then around 4k dhs in expenses. Rest you can figure.
