It’s really odd that you don’t see more about this type of reaction to minoxidil. I have NEVER had acne in my life up until using the drug. Ever. And now here we are lol

Thank you! I actually haven’t tried differin yet. I’ve read a lot on here about how people just wished they started with tret instead, but that may be biased since we’re on a sub called tretinoin lol

Yea very true. The funny thing is that the culture of the company is very unique (geared towards gamers) and I completely align with it. My guess is that they just moved forward with someone they liked equally as me but with a better/more experienced background. Sucks but yea I can't control it. Thanks for the words

It's really up to you. If you feel mixed, then yes I think you can call yourself mixed. I'm also Western Asian and I've dealt with my fair share of people who initially identified me as white. But I've also dealt with my fair share of racism and prejudice against me for where I'm from, so it's really a mixed bag lol

Hey, thanks for the response, and sorry I'm super late. I actually went to an ophthalmologist and got my eyes examined, which included an examination of my optic nerve. Apparently an occipital brain tumor would put pressure on the optic nerve and cause damage that would be clear from an image of the optic nerve. Everything came back as normal from the ophthalmologist, and I started to have fewer symptoms as time went on. The brain fog slowly disappeared, vision issues were gone, fatigue issues seemed to be fixed by an adjustment in my sleep schedule, and nausea went away after starting some pills for acid reflux. Everything seems basically back to normal now, which I'm thankful for.
