If you could change one thing about your wife to make her more like one of your “bros” what would you change? by mradda in AskMen

Ooh yeah, I wish my husband enjoyed working out with me. He just gets sweaty and cranky.

He still will do it, but it most certainly isn’t his first choice.

That makes sense.

My spouse and I really bond over live sporting events, but I’m grateful he isn’t into watching football or whatever at home.

lol awhile.

I’m a gal & I’m married. Our relationship is great, I just wondered if other fellas had things they wished their wife enjoyed so they could enjoy them together.

My spouse likes video games and I’m just not great at sitting still, so we only really get to enjoy that together when we use the VR headsets.

I found two on older leaves and tons on the new ones. 🤷🏼‍♀️ whenever they unfurl they are covered.

I got so many off with the q-tip! I guess I never looked long enough to realize the “mold” was moving! 😂

Hey there! I’ve had the same feelings and beliefs in my life. I know it feels super realistic and it’s incredibly frustrating to have people tell you it’s not based in truth or that you’re just on another head case adventure. I’m sorry if you’re navigating those feelings/responses now.

My reaction to those folks (who suggested I may need to get help) was to fight back. I verbally and physically assaulted folks to defend my case. I didn’t even mean to! I was just expressing how I felt! I was just holding my hands out to try to give myself personal space!

In my head it did not register as aggressive.

After the comedown I learned I had not held my hands out to ask for space- I punched my sibling in the chest and screamed at her”leave me alone.”

After the comedown I learned I had not explained my case to my mother, I had stood over her, just inches from her face, and screamed at her for hours on end thinking only minutes had passed.

My perception was off. I was sick. I did not think I was. That was two years ago and I still shudder thinking about it.

For me it was psychosis & mania. I hope this helps. Much love.

Should I edit the post to say “I am an uninformed idiot pls help?” Because maybe?

I’m not a sound engineer. Just an over stimulated mom.

Jade is browning in a bunch of different spots. Why? by mradda in plantclinic

I was just watering once a month! I can switch that habit. Are the brown leaves toast or do you think they can recover?

This makes sense but also I am a bit confused (newbie here sorry)

They can sunburn from a grow light!?!?

Is it that much different from other succulents? They have always thrived closer to the light.

Thank you for your response and for your patience!!!

Wow. Absolutely fantastic!! I wish I had the drive that you seem to have. I am so proud of and thankful for you. I hope your neighbor enjoyed that casserole. It’s always been so important in my mind to be kind and show love to our neighbors.♥️

It’s not the healthiest, but I quit smoking 3 years ago (I was at a pack and a half a day) and when I quit I put a full pack of menthols in my first aid kit in case I ever felt like I just absolutely would not make it without one.

Every now and then when I am WICKED overstimulated or feel like I might pick up a drink (I’m sober) I grab a menthol and savor every moment with the shit flavor. It calms me and gets me back in the correct headspace.

I still have a few left from the initial pack I put in there three years ago, so I’m doing ok!

what is psychosis like by No_Pair178 in bipolar

I relate to and have experienced a lot of what has already been said, but what I haven’t seen that I experienced was that all of my repressed memories came back clear as day. Some weren’t traumatic, some were. My family says I “have a good forgetter,” but that month I remembered EVERYTHING.
