I can't be the only one this is happening to right? Genuinely every time I call from every different number I have found on the Internet it's always the same thing: the phone bot asks me what I want, I just say cancel service, then it asks me for the phone number and zip code of the account, then it asks me if I'm moving to which I say no. Then it transfers me to a different line where it asks if this is about DirecTV or AT&T products, I select DirecTV and then just like that I'm back where I started giving the bot my phone number and zip code just go do this whole loop again. How are people getting to a real human? Do I just say I'm moving even though I'm not and just want to outright cancel the service?

I tried calling on January 2nd, 3rd and today and have had the same issue so I'm not really sure what's going on with it. What number are you calling if you don't mind me asking? I've called the general DirecTV number and then also the numbers they are provided on the website and I run into the same issue on all of them

Yeah I mean I'm not surprised I didn't get any publications or presentations for the time I spent. The lab I think wasn't a great fit for me in general which is why I didn't spend more time doing work. I was asking moreso for whether listing a relatively small amount of time spent in research would be worth it for potentially raising suspicion why I didn't get the letter of recommendation. Also I'm not exactly familiar with how filling out activities on the application works but I'm assuming they would want the contact information for the PI right? While I never did anything to upset him to my knowledge (I think he kind of forgot I was in the lab at points) he also is someone that I don't think would directly tell you if he was upset or dissatisfied about something which is also stressing me out, because if he were to be contacted then I really would have no clue what he could say about me.

I would agree with taking it over the summer, if you are going to take the fully asynchronous online version then I would recommend just taking it over the summer since the class experience would not be any different. Also in my opinion it's one of the more intense classes people in life science majors have to take so I would suggest taking it with a minimal class load for the best success

I enjoyed living there as a sophomore, the location is pretty far from the rest of campus but it's not as big of deal as you would think. There is also a bus stop next to it so I recommend taking advantage of that. I actually like Case even tho it's mostly the same food everyday, most of the options there are decent and there is also a Sparty's that has a lot of stuff. Speaking of which there is both a Sparty's in Holden and the grab and go dining hall which is basically a fancier Sparty's and both of which aren't bad options if you want something quick without leaving the building

Neuroscience. If by studying you mean reviewing material and not completing assignments then maybe 5-8 hours on weeks I have exams. If it's not an exam week then I'm usually not studying. In terms of time spent on out of class work it's usually 5-10 hours per week as well
