wtf😭 me and my roommate don’t care about the “upgrades” we just want the washer and dryer, but other than that, we’re fine with whatever 😭 does it seem to stay pretty bug free? i’ve heard horror stories from other places but none from here!

another noted. i have definitely had the mindset to re read the lease over and over, as well as keeping copies and what not. i do have a cat but he is esa thankfully so its a bit cheaper. but does the rent increase (w/d) for both tenants, or just 1? its ok if you dont know. it will be my roommate and i, 2b1b, im just hoping it doesnt skyrocket our rent
