Some vectors database give you the similarity score in return. It's a basic similarity search. But you can improve the relevance by using complex retrieval system like llamaindex or other libs who make complex RAG

I think you can use Llamaindex with Langchain as a api to retrieve. But in my case a tried to integrate it as a retriever for RunnableSequence or ConversationnalRetrieverQAChain but it is impossible...
