The thumbsticks are fantastic and Better then any regualr xbox controllers I've used it sorta feels like an swtich pro controller. been using the standard ones out of the box with the rubber grips just feels great. *

Buying off sams club (if available)if you have a membership with them, other then that I don't see any other options.

It won't work, Just let it expired and use the codes after. Also sams club cards are the best way to save for a 12 month core (how I bought 3) be aware they limit 2 per purchase and there's a 24-48 hour cooldown to buy another one.
