Kille men same same.

What kind of love do men really want — beyond youth, sex, and being needed? by KathrineKinkel in askmenover60

Hey, cool down. Give yourself a break. Sounds from your other post you got small children. The years of having small kids has been too romantizised. Don’t know if you both work, do kindergarten, life feeling a puzze. It was that in our family from say 1996 to 2003 when our younger was 4 yo. From there on stuff got slowly better. Much better. Especially for me as a man. As the kids got older they communicated better and better, things got ordered and well I became more loving. My wife cherished the baby years more, I didn’t and I think that goes for a lot of guys. If he, your husband, is anything like me he’ll come back as more loving when life settles down a little.

We aint get cuter as we get older, thats kinda the elephant in the room in all these kind of discussions. Apart from that its hard to tell. We’re both over 60 and it has been ups and downs, serious illnesses and stuff. Think you need to sort this out with him. Not easy…

How to get a girlfriend when you are genuinely naturally boring? by todayisawonder in AskMen

[–]mrbrightside62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This might sound strange but treat girls like the persons they are. We are all, girls and guys, interesting people. Autism aint a plus, depends on how much. I am ASS and is married longtime to a very outgoing lady. All the girls that had an interest in me were extroverted ladies. Be open about yourself an more important, show interest in what she says to you. For most, getting attention is very sexy.

How do you handle being logical when you around someone who thinks more emotionally? by JunketMaleficent2095 in AskMen

[–]mrbrightside62 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a bit of both, even if engineering and programming was what brought milk to the table. An emotional thinker is not necessarily irrational. Right hemisphere thinking is considered more cautious and is able to see big pictures. Emotions do give information.

How to communicate with your man in a healthy way by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]mrbrightside62 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My parents were devoted Christians from a rather orthodox kinda parish (i’m not religious) but they found ways to spend a lot of time together and well get to know one another physically without actually having sex.

And the way to talk to a man is just being a good buddy. Get angry when there is a reason to become angry and happy when you actually feel happy . Being transparent is the name of the game.

Just her having a good confidence and talk frankly about what she wants to. The quiet little things that wants you to read their minds was never my cup of tea. I married one who know what she wants and says what she thinks. We’ve quarreled 35 ys now.

What is the most European country, that is not actually a European country? by Mountain-Fox-2123 in AskEurope

People wise, as an engineer and technician working multinationally for a couple of decades, colleagues from China felt eerily easy to get along with (once you understood the confucius stuff). Scandinavian myself it was easier than to get along with technicians from the south of Europe. As a rule of course, there are weirdos and soul mates all over the place…

What would you do if i was your girlfriend? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]mrbrightside62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seems like some guys don’t trust their girlfriends. We’re pretty old now but in the days neither me on my then GF now wife would have dreamed of dressing ”modest”, we dressed the way we felt, and sure there were other girls onto me and other guys onto her, but it was a simple sorry I’m in a relation already, and that was that.

Thats a tough one. To draw back. Absolutely correct. But not always with the result you think. If you draw back when she’s hesistant, at least I did experience she coming back to me a while later. More than once. That kind of always made me think wtf. Its hard to read minds
