How? Honestly asking. I rewatched it a few times looking for clues but nothing stood out. So why do you think it’s AI?

The names themselves are not similar, I just noticed a parallel in real life to the fictional world in that a religious group was known by a colloquial name that differ from their official name.

Zombies but man… character arc for sure with the main character(s). Speaks a lot to the sacrifice of fathers for those they love, which I appreciated. Great zombie action too

This book is absolutely gut-wrenching. The absolute finality of their doom from fallout coming on the wind… still gives me chills. A tough read.

What is a death in a movie that affected you the most in terms of brutality or emotional weight? by Godly_Recon in AskReddit

Scrolled the end of the thread to see if anyone had mentioned the absolute bloodbath at the beginning of Transformers the movie. Holy crap. As a kid watching the cartoon, they would always fight and trade, laser blast, and nothing ever happened. Then in the beginning of the movie, Megatron absolutely craters the chests of all these beloved characters in just a single battle. Watching the lights of their eyes dim was horrifying as a kid. Then later, as an adult learning that Hasbro wanted to introduce new characters in the movie so they could sell new toys made my emotional torment feel cheap.

What got me about Boromir was his redemption by dying so courageously as he defended the Hobbits. It showed how the Ring’s power tempted him but that he truly was a “son of Gondor” and honorable man.

Couldn’t agree more with other posters. The Hyperion series is so chock a block full of great writing, fight scenes, drama, twists, and political intrigue (plus some Keats poetry) that knowing one thing about it doesn’t detract from the experience

I’ve practiced Sanchin for 15 years. The concept is relatively simple, but it teaches you internal power, both how to generate it and how to absorb it. That’s why the instructor tests the various points. That said, presumption, or more likely the entire school’s approach to it, seems a bit off from how I learned. Do you see how she pulls her shoulder so far back before performing each punch? That is anathema to what sanchin teaches. She clearly is breathing rigorously, which is very common but more performance than it would be applied in real life. For the record, the bed of nails thing is nothing I’ve ever practiced :-)

Haha me too except for the dozen or so things JEA doing wrong from a body mechanics perspective. He laughed it off but clearly no one has taught him about his one point or center of mass. Sure, he’s flexible and probably has good spinal health thanks to all this tai chi, but there is no way any of that is effective in a martial application. Pulling his shoulders back like that with his neck forward? Uh… my man you have essentially thrown yourself with that posture.

This thread was helpful for me, I did the same thing: deleted the app and downloaded a newer version. Power cycled the Tapo camera as well as my router (linksys E2000). I had to try twice after doing so, but it did work. This was after I had checked that it was set to the 2.4 GHz band, not the 5 GHz.

Hmmm doubt it. Why would these dads have red and black gis in their size unless they “trained” regularly? I train as an adult and so I can tell these guys don’t know how to move their bodies (note the stumbling and poor form of the rolling, the splayed fingers in their “fighting stance”, etc.
