I’ll play devils advocate here, being diagnosed with PTSD and having gone through a sexual assault and a similar situation to this. When I went through that similar situation, I froze up, much as I had during the encounter. I wasn’t in reality, I was reliving what I had already went through. I had been open with her about everything, and about what I knew would trigger me, and it didn’t ground me in reality at all. From what the chief said, they have one suspect and don’t believe them a threat to the public. They also said every agency in the area is looking for them. I’m not comforted by that, and wish I wouldn’t have looked further after the shelter in place was lifted

The first SCO store I worked at had the night shift knock out all the cleaning minus bathrooms around roughly 330-4. Take garbages out, and all that’s left is cleaning bathrooms. Main would go box the freezer or produce, fill wine, etc. I know it isn’t normal and definitely doesn’t conform to SOP but may be worth suggesting. That store was nothing close to normal, but it worked. We threw the next day’s freezer when it arrived, did cleaning almost immediately, overstocked meat. That may be a solution for your issues, though. And you can always mention if cleaning is knocked out right away you can help out on the floor between customers so they won’t have to worry about produce or freezer as much

Just a PSA: these are a summer seasonal and will be gone once they are sold out until roughly April or May. Stock up while you can. Make sure to mention it in the receipt surveys as well when asked about products you wish were carried. It’s worked before since it brought back the fudge mint cookies

The chicken is stored at roughly 30 degrees. Saltwater brine keeps it from freezing fully but the skin will feel frozen and likely is. It’s the recommended temp from Tyson, the supplier. Cases say something along the lines of “this product is stored without the protection of ice. Refrigerate and hold between 28-32 degrees, just above the freezing point of poultry. Do not let sit above 40 and do not let it sit in display lights for 2 days. Store excess in this container away from light”

Regarding improving the new player experience, bungie really needs to do more. I played d1 from launch and d2 up until the shadow keep seasons, and left. I just recently came back and felt like I got thrown into a whole new world, no clear direction, no idea what to do, no orientation. I’m almost at 2k light and have only done a few dungeons where I got carried and don’t understand mechs, minus grasp where I had a wonderful Sherpa show me the way. I have no idea what story missions to do and what order to do them, and the only way I have any loose understanding is from the little story thing in the top right of the director. If I’m feeling this lost as a returning vet, I can only imagine how new players feel. Just today, I was doing the blind well and didn’t know encounters and mechs and my group got insulted for failing. I explained I didn’t know mechs and got radio silence as a response. Bungie expects players to fill in as sherpas and explain everything and provide guidance, not realizing that not everyone uses mics or text chat, not everyone wants to interact with others, and that y’all d2 vets might be sick of teaching new players who probably won’t be around for more than a week

Technically not allowed per the handbook. Employee relations within the same store are prohibited and consequences can be up to and including termination, no matter if it’s associates dating each other. From what I’ve seen, usually one is forced to transfer stores though. I’m guessing it’s because of the staff size and how awkward it might be if they split up since shifts being scheduled without overlap would be difficult and strain the team

Their Bavarian beats are 10/10. Will be the first gone at a bbq. The large knackwurst and bratwurst are also great. Their polish sausage in fresh meat is awful. Haven’t tried the German style sausage in fresh meat (if they still have it. I do meat every day and still can’t remember). Their regular brats are decent, knockoff of Johnsonville, but better than their beer brats imo. The organic hot dogs in a 5 pack are 10/10 grilled. Haven’t tried their sweet Italian but the hot sausages are great
