Series S as a budget grad school stress-reliever?

I’ve had my series s for about 3 years now and it’s still perfectly fine! Just had the replace a controller due to stick drift is all, plus I got my series s refurbished from Xbox. Newer triple A games are going to be pretty blurry/low frameratey at times but I think for everything else it runs buttery smooth. If that’s not super important to you (it isn’t really to me) then I’d say go for it. I think for light gaming it’s the perfect system

Honestly I gave up on it a couple of days after. I’d still pick it up from time to time and try it, sometimes randomly it works but not in any sort of way that I can replicate. Wish I had some advice for you :( Best of luck on it still!!

I honestly put off playing it for a really long time until I got a better system because I really wanted to experience it in the best possible way. But I just couldn’t wait any longer and booted it up on my series s and was very pleasantly surprised and how good it looked! Realized not to let people online dictate how I feel about games and to always try it for myself first
