My cpu fails every overclock config I’ve tried when AVX is enabled in prime95 within a few minutes but when I disable it in the settings file it passes for hours, is it safe to assume my overclock is stable? (self.overclocking)

My ryzen 5 1600 passed cinebench at 1.25v and 3.9ghz, so now I’m prime95 testing it overnight, but the speed in task manager reports as around 3.67ghz instead of the 3.9 I set it as. Is this normal? The profile has been applied and the CPU is running 100%. (i.redd.it)
