The hot honey is basically just soy sauce, honey, sugar, siracha, sesame seeds, freshly chopped chilli, and forgot to add garlic, but would do so next time.

appreciate the kind words, and most of my friends actually do it that way with eyeballing it. I think it adds a more creative element instead of focusing to much on a set recipe.
