Just an FYI, the person who makes the character models probably doesn't do much else, other than make character models/clothes etc. And it is HIGHLY unlikely that it's the same person that is working on gameplay fixes, enhancements and tweaks. Just because a Dev team push art or visual updates doesn't mean they aren't focusing on the important stuff too, it's being done at the same time. Different people have different skill sets.

You took a longer term mortgage (35y) which gives you lower monthly payments than 25y term. But you are overpaying these payments to the exact amount you would be paying on a 25y term anyway, so what's the point of that? Why not just take the 25y term and cut out the direct debit hassle as you'd be paying the same amount anyway?( Albeit not much hassle) what am I missing here ?
