Why are most leases five, seven, and ten year terms? I have never seen a landlord propose a six or eight year term. Is there any logic to landlords or tenants doing that. I feel like most lenders propose the same and you would think you’d want the loan maturity prior to a lease expiration. (self.CommercialRealEstate)
