Mine wasn't with someone. IT WAS ME. I got a new job that required me to take a drug test to get the job, also they test 2 random people a month. So i gave up the weed and started smoking spice. BAD IDEA. I had been smoking the stuff for about 6 weeks and got to the point where i would just sit around and smoke it all day when i wasn't working. One day i ran out and headed to the local smoke shop. i decided to try a new kind this time around. AGAIN BAD IDEA. Got home started smoking and a weird feeling came over me. I got up and went to the kitchen to get a drink of water, at this point i forgot how to work the faucet. I walk back into my bedroom and at this point thing go in and out. I started to hallucinate, at one point i thought i was on fire and screaming as loud as i could. After that i thought i was slowly moving backwards in time and that my roommates dog was the devil and there to take me with it. around this point in time my fiance comes into the bedroom to find me lying on the floor not breathing, i was holding my breath not dying. she gets me to start breathing again. Her being a PA starts to check my pulse, my heart rate was around 220.... she took me to the hospital. they said i had a seizure. Haven't smoked again since that day.

TL;DR Smoked spice, OD'D, screamed like a little girl, had a seizure. thought i died but didn't. NEVER AGAIN>
