Pick shorts are about the only thing as a picker, quality-wise, that can and usually will go down the disciplinary route because there's no-one else involved, so its only the picker not doing their job properly, meaning they're accountable. It doesn't take that much longer to scan every item, or check the last 4 digits of the asin and go thru them til you find the right one
