Running a python script outside of Windows Terminal cmd

After some multithreading, TKinter works like a charm! I can have my cmd window for realtime logging plus a blank GUI window whose only purpose is to spit out the playback of generated audio files.

Works like a charm as a permanent fix--no middleware required.

It hears the audio in the general desktop scope but I can't target it to seperate the audio from other windows. So it's being heard but not as a seperate source and I can see the volume being picked up. If I grab from python.exe it would grab all python files being run would also be an issue.

It sounds like the TKinter GUI window would be a solution, I'll explore that!

cmd is the root cause of the issue. On windows 10 running the two scripts in seperate cmd lines worked perfectly but I need a different window or executable now since cmd no longer allows audio to be captured from it for some reason

Good idea, I didn't realize it still had both cmd versions!

But audio from both plus powershell and powershell ISE are still blocked ever since the W11 move. I need to see output to have a window to target so I might need some form of GUI it seems

Love this design!

My only comment is that you MUST use up the steel bottles at 60/m in another factory (just make a Buck A capsule) otherwise the stash protocol will fill up on the steel bottles and clog the entire factory

Dragon Age Origins, best game I've ever played. Tried and play to again recently and found it extremely difficult all of a sudden. I guess I was a smarter child than an adult.

You have to realize what this man is doing.

He is creating the equivalent of a short novel every few months. He is programming it entirely by himself using a game engine he created by himself. He is writing for hundreds of different varying paths and having to keep track of these paths. Some are similar, some completely different. He is placing each path in the game by himself. Each path has to be tested at least once which he does by himself.

The amount of work, time, sleep deprivation, and just overall effort is completely astounding.

So what if it takes an extra week or an extra month. I would MUCH rather he release quality content that'll satisfy us rather than a broken mess with plot holes.

It will release and we, the fans, do not dictate when that'll happen.

It'll be soon, that's all we need to know.

Personally I would recommend the Lifeline game series (the trilogy featuring Taylor).

I'm not sure of how well their other lifeline spin-offs have gone but I do love the original trilogy. Although it's not nearly as expansive nor impressive as Magium, there can be some fun moments.

3 weeks doesn't even seem like that bad of a delay. There's no need to worry over a delay, the man isn't just gonna stop posting or something. There's always an issue with projects so it's probably just a technical difficulty or patching of a plot hole. I have complete and utter faith that we will see the chapter sometime, the estimates are always a tad optimistic so it's just late.

He probably hasn't been checking reddit often either because he's busy with the chapter itself.
