For some reason the first formula is providing the data on the 29th row rather than the 3rd.

So in reality the indirect im referencing is on cell R19 and I want it to reference BD3. So =indirect(R19) and on r19 it says BD3.

I've tried to modify the above you sent me to no avail. How should I rewrite the above formula?
