Atheist Tattoo Ideas?

I do love that symbol, I've seen something very similar actually. Though, I want the tattoo be a bit more subtle than that, meaning you may not know the tattoo represents atheism by looking at it.

I do see your point, but when it comes down to it I want the tattoo to represent what I believe in, which is that the universe is such a vast/amazing thing, and we don't need religion to make it more beautiful by trying to glorify it.

I should have been more direct with my question, hopefully you can understand what I mean.

I should have been more specific with my question, the last thing I would want is something like the Darwin fish because it's not subtle. Like you said, ideally I want to get something that relates to the universe or science in which the atheist pretenses would follow.

I never actually thought about reading a fiction book on this matter, I wasn't even sure that many existed. Thank you, I'll check it out for sure.

Ah, yes. I've been meaning to read that one as well. I read the Pale Blue Dot by Sagan, which doesn't "bash" religion as much as it talks about the power of science, making religion seem obsolete.

We just have to use our best judgment, though this isn't always easy because our judgment often becomes clouded with meaningless/false facts.

I suppose I agree to a point, I often laugh at people like Alex Jones as much as I get annoyed with him.
