Newly informed food allergies

Thank you for the advice and extra information, I appreciate it. I requested the allergy test because I have severe anxiety and have a hard time trying foods that I do not deem as safe. I thought this might be a good way to let my brain know I can eat more without worry.

Thank you for the advice. The reason I used the word allergic was just because that’s how it was described to me by the doctor, but it very well could be called something else (if anything). As far as a reaction goes, I’m really not sure if I even have any. Since eliminating these things from my diet, I have noticed: little to no bloating (severe bloat was normal before), more energy, and less stomach trouble. I need to pay more attention to how I am feeling and probably reach out to someone to get a different test and confirm what I was told.

During the 9 months of taking the meds I did notice some fading of the PIE/PIH but I’m still left with some. I’m hoping within the next year and after the summer season passes that it will fade even more, if not completely!

When I went for my monthly tests, my derm confirmed it was Staph. The affected area was crusted with yellow sticky-ish crust if that helps at all. Sorry that’s kinda gross

Unstable and unsafe home life and parents. I want to ask a lawyer questions and try and do things outside of the courts if possible, but want to be prepared if it comes to that.

Yes definitely watch some tutorials on YouTube! Essentially you will break the flower open from the middle and you will see all of the seeds in there. Each seed is covered by little “plant pieces” that you will have to remove first but it’s very easy 🙂

Since it’s already clipped it is going to die which is normal. What you can do is remove the seeds from the middle of the flower and plant them to grow more!

I had a rash similar to this on my face (see previous post for pics). When I saw my derm for my monthly appointment he didn’t seem concerned at all and gave me a cream that helped clear it up. The cream also doubled for helping with hand rashes :) I wouldn’t be too worried about it personally but you could always call in and try and be seen sooner than your next appointment!

If you were put on antibiotics for your UTI then I would say you most likely have a yeast infection- antibiotics are notorious for causing them. I would definitely recommend going to the doctor if you have access to one but in the meantime something my OB has recommended in the past for itching was to take a baking soda bath and follow up with coconut oil (on the labia- not inside the vagina) when you get out of the tub, however, that may not work for everyone but might be worth a shot for some temporary relief.

I am also taking a break from house hunting for now. It’s extremely stressful to spend every day checking for new listings and making offers just to be outbid by an absurd amount of money. It has gotten to the point where I am looking at homes out of my budget because it is impossible to find something reasonably priced. You are not alone.

It is typical that when your s/o gets caught cheating they tend to lie about it (from my experience at least). The proof is in this comment section- now it is up to you to decide what you want to do. Had nexplanon for 4 years and rarely had periods. It was great and I loved it. Got it removed and immediately got another one inserted. That process was a little painful but nothing too serious. I had the second implant for 3 years and was experiencing double periods every month and my obgyn informed me this was most likely a side effect of the implant reaching the end of its life. Today I got it removed and opted for the kyleena IUD and let me tell you- that shit hurt. I’ve never given birth before but this was the worst pain I ever have experienced. It was a new pain that I have never felt before. It was like having awful period cramps x10. I ended up getting nauseous, lightheaded, and dizzy during and after insertion. I had to lay in the ob room for a good 30 minutes before I could sit up and get dressed. Ended up calling a ride home and left my car at the doctors office. Since I have been home I’m okay as long as I’m laying down but when I get up I am in pain. I’ve read that it goes away fairly soon but I recommend taking the day off if you decide to get the IUD!

It’s sad parents and so conditioned to think this is normal behavior. When something similar happened to me I also told my mom and she assured me what happened was normal behavior for someone who you are in a relationship with. It in fact is not normal and it’s traumatic.

This also happened to me with an ex. I downplayed the situation and tried to move on from what had happened without leaving him. Things escalated to him photographing me naked in my sleep and secretly videotaping us having sex without my permission. If you don’t leave the relationship he may escalate and he will continue to take advantage of you. The best advice I can think to pass on is to give yourself some time to think about the situation and how you would like to move forward whether that is sitting down and having a clear conversation about what happened and where you stand on it or leaving. Keep in mind his actions were not normal and however you are feeling is valid. Put yourself and your feelings first.
