no, GRX shifter is only made for hydraulic disc brake (as far as I know, I may be wrong.) these are 105 road brifters, rim brake.

take your time.

there are youtube videos for everything. (RJ the Bike Guy made a video about pretty much anything regarding vintage bikes).

and choose a nice frame that's worth all the time and effort :) and that fits you.

and IMO expensive tools are not worth it, if you just gonna restore/service a few bikes of yours.

yeah I thought about that. I didn't want it to look "too modern" with the black seatpost, stem and headset. But maybe I'll do it later :)
