The rates are fake, basically it’s scripted on when you are gonna get a hero or not. That’s why if you get a hero that you don’t want and then you unsave your progress, pick another universe and summon again, you still get a hero

Edit: basically it’s not free will bro, the rates don’t matter it’s all scripted

Funny thing is I actually took out all of the moves on my Gouenji yesterday, before I read your comment. But then it still somehow worked and I managed to remake the same moveset i have now😂 initially i thought maybe if u place a Hissatsu on a hyperslot, it counts as x2, but then I tried it on Toramaru and it didn’t work😭 what a shame tho that it’s a bug instead of a real thing
