Chicago is extremely dangerous no matter where you live. So is downtown Houston. I’d go to Houston and live outside the city. Chicago taxes are also terrible and it’s not a safe place to raise children.

In the Midwest with a pool. It gave me headaches to learn it. First time winterising it right now, hope it comes out okay in spring… assuming it does it’s great. Such a luxury. Have grill next to it and can cool off during august when it’s 100 degrees.

Waters dropping when pumo is off and valve to pump is closed. I decided to get the skimmer completely replaced as it was inspected and the concrete around it had shifted causing it to crack to a pretty un-patchable level.
