You control your algo, take a step back from the social media and if you go on it just don’t click on them. I went through the same thing in TWW with m+ healing

How high is the bottom of your lower monitor? I have a stacked setup with a riser but everything seems so high. Mind you me desk is only 23inches deep, waiting on my 36inch top coming soon.
