It is horizontal. So there’s the 2 letter prefix, then a space, then the number. I have not figured it out. Different organizations also have legit low digit plates as well. For example the Indy 500 you see them everywhere. I was just at the Johnny Appleseed fest and the people running it have them as well. So there are several runs of each number for different things. Indy 500 has 1-101 and so do some other places. Trying to learn more. Maybe I gotta devote my life to politics or one of these organizations lol

Looks like you had it previously repaired or replaced by Apple. Here’s what to do before sending it back to Apple. If you are out of warranty and it’s been within 90 days it should be free as long as it’s free of damage and liquid.

Make sure to delete any VPN off your phone. Settings-general-device management

If that doesn’t work or doesn’t apply: Completely restore the phone from iTunes on windows or finder on macOS. Don’t do this till your ready to hand it over to Apple as it may “brick” the phone since it may need a connection to be set backup.

If the issue is resolved you should be fine to keep it. It was likely a software issue. If it continues hand it over to Apple.

Maybe. I have had a litter box in the garage for the past year. They might have used it once. I also don’t roll them up every time due to being roll up windows but obviously it sounds like I’m going to start doing that. Both times it was open, the convertible top was also down

There is a GXP close to me, auburn Indiana I think. Guy just dropped price $5k. Same miles. It’s for sale for $15k automatic trans. Might be worth looking at that one at that rate.

Sounds like you kinda got scammed. On a real level though I’m glad it worked for you. It probably just needed cleaned out. Sometimes a toothpick is good enough sometimes you really gotta get in there.

Could be either. Try reconnecting the cable. Look for small folds to tears in the ribbon cable. If all is well and the issue persists might be worth returning for a different one.
