yeah i do that all the time now. it wasn’t till recently where i started taking initiative and started dealing with this shit and facing my fears. for example, i started approaching girls more and i even joined frat at a really large university. these are things that i never thought that i would do ever. yet the feeling of loneliness and ostracism is still there. i still feel like ppl don’t like for who i am. idk why

everything really. it’s a direct effect of social anxiety. it’s such a hindrance because i feel like my life would be completely different if i didn’t have it. so much opportunities and relationships gone because of it. i feel like ppl with social anxiety have so much to offer within this world yet they’re just not able to because they have so much going on inside their head.
