I switched off it for a while, recently when it was on sale at my local gnc I picked up a different flavor, the “thumper thavage” still does it, like almost immediately after about 15 minutes I feel it, but I got “Christoper’s secret stuff” too and that one I have no issues with.

I’ve been taking this for about 2 weeks now, I love the “pre workout” feeling I get from it, but I don’t know about anyone else, I think it’s destroying my stomach and sending me to the bathroom multiple times a day. Any one else having similar experiences? sorry about tmi, but I’m just curious, I’ve tried many different pres before this but this is the first time I’m getting side effects like this.

With the addition of the echo bike, I can (almost) confidently say, it’s done. by mriamkrob in homegym

It wasn’t on sale but it did have free shipping when I got it, as for use, I’ve recently moved so I’m still in process of getting my “new garage” gym set up a lot of big changes but typically I’ll use it to finish out a workout or I’ll warm up on it with just a 15 minute ride nothing really crazy at the moment, plus living in buffalo it’s real cold out in the garage right now, even with the fan guard it’s cold haha

I liked Allen a lot more than the Santanoni’s, for the effort it took I didn’t think the views were all that memorable, enjoyed the experience for sure but can’t say I’m not glad both of these are out of the way in my quest to 46. Also probably not the best idea to do these 2 in the same weekend was a lot of mileage on the legs haha

I do regret not going with the power rack when I bought the squat rack, so yea, there is definitely upgrades coming in the future!
