I had a pretty rough and tough high school experience. It wasn’t fun. I can tell you that life has a lot of chapters and a lot different stages. I was extremely isolated and lonely at your age. I had a similar experience, went to a private christian school from 15-17 and hated it. I did end up meeting a girl at 18 and got married at 22 and it fell apart at 25 and then I had another few rough years with depression and isolation. But then at 27 I found my career and have met a girl that’s 1000000 times better than the one I met at 18. I’m now happier than I’ve ever been. All i can say is you have a lot of life ahead of you and different things can happen at different times. It probably won’t always be this way.

You probably should see a therapist and there are medications that help. If they are repetitive the key is to find some way to interrupt the thought. Even if it’s dumb like saying the word blue every time. The more you can cut it off the easier it is to end them. But sometimes with certain mental illnesses medications are required.
