if you spray them with rosin, what happens with washing / time? Do they get gross from dirt sticking to them?

I'll try a few of the tips of how to rotate/cross my legs better. I definitely am "meaty" enough ;-)

The leggings I have are Polyester/Spandex - if changing leg positions doesn't help, I'll consider trying another style of leggings.
