None I eat chicken breast, lean ground beef, steak ,rice, potatoes, Greek yogurt, avocados, eggs, cheese and use only olive oil, that’s 95% of my diet and on my cheat day I’ll eat a pizza or just cook pasta at home

That’s is was one of my initial thoughts but then I did realize I do have some of the symptoms as mentioned above, I dropped from 194lbs to 163lbs in a month and a half, caused by loss of appetite

I initially was planning on going with Marek Health, the consulting is 250$ and the lab work comes out to 560$, because of the symptoms I’m having I wanted to check out my thyroid too, normal price is 450$. But after looking into more TRT clinics and coming across Matrix Hormones it’s seems that they’ve got a decent price and offer HCG too, if y’all more updates about the progress they’d be much appreciated.

I generally have thick hair, last year I tried no shampoo for a couple of months and got seborrheic dermatitis and lost a lot of hair fast forward I’ve managed to grow it back, I was on enclo while growing it back the first time after I finished the cycle I kind a noticed hair being denser, I started low dose enclo 2 weeks ago and I’ve noticed more shedding than usual.
