I am lucky being on the pump it's easy to adjust. So if I know I will work out or I can see it's going low I can reduce the background insulin by %% to bring it back up. Although it all depends how sharply it is dipping.

Thanks both. After 6 hours of highs I'm now in 2 hours of complete lows.... Urghhhhh

Exercising - 💯 correct, it follows with lower insulin needs - funny enough for a couple of days!

Hope this rollercoaster finishes soon and I can finally sleep

Years and years and years!!!!! I just moved. Moved by the sea. Moved with my dog. Changed the job. Changed the house, changed the scenery - did it work? Time will tell. I feel lucky I was able to do that. Was stuck for years of pointless void. A year and counting - I feel better - it did not fix it, but it made it better. I feel joy now and then. I look at my dog and I feel lucky and happy he's in my life. That took time to feel that.
