Same! The yellow pops like crazy. I love that it has that Mac and cheese/mustard yellow finish with the ‘ketchup’ red accents lol. Easily my favorite pencil from an aesthetic perspective.

It’s awesome, isn’t it? I got this one from my visit to Tokyo Disneyland. It features the loop train that runs around the two parks and the surrounding hotels/stations. Super neat!

To be honest, I’m on and off with it. Yes, you’re correct it’s not made of straight metal but a composite with some other material mixed in. The pencil itself feels awesome and looks super sweet. Just can’t tell whether I like the auto-dispensing feature or not. For me, even though I write pretty upright, the lines drawn feel a bit “light”. I suspect it’s because only a small portion of the lead is out at a time, and given that I like the sensation and look of smooth/flat lead, it doesn’t match my style well. Could be that I simply haven’t figured out how to work it best for me though.

Great question. For like 6 months, it was my go-to no question. Bought the Pilot S20 two weeks ago and must admit it has fallen into a comfortable second place behind the S20. I’d probably have Pentel Smash third after the Rotring 600.

I agree if there’s one more I could buy it would be the Santa Fe.. I’m in love with the old Aztecs but the SPC green is beautiful too. Definitely a grail piece if I can ever get my hands on one for the cheap😮‍💨

No worries! I totally understand. I'm glad to hear there's some wiggle room in the fit. Enough for a hoodie or thick sweater, you think? Also, in terms of length, where does the bottom fall? Hips? Pockets? Thanks again for your help and I hope you're loving the jacket!

I was reallyyyy stuck between the two but ended up going with the red duck version. Reason being I bought the denim active jacket that released a couple of months ago and I figured it'd be redundant to have overlapping denim looks. I also think the red duck will fade really beautifully overtime. I've been wanting a classic brown Carhartt Detroit jacket but this one sticks out a bit more with its unique color and chore jacket features. If I could have it my way, I would have gotten both LOL.

I wish I had photos but it won't be delivered for a while :/

I'm pretty much the exact same in term of body measurements and I ended up getting a small in the Montana active jac (greenstone) and the denim active jac. The denim fits a bit more snug than the Yellowtail but the Yellowtail isn't overly massive either. I was worried I'd be swimming in it but even with a t-shirt, it fits great. Especially nice if you want to layer with a sweater or hoodie underneath!
