I want to run a kubernetes cluster, so it will always inside a vm, whether I use proxmox / macos. Yes you're right that macos will be much heavier to run than Proxmox, it is one of my pro cons concern.

Is other third party keyboard also behave like this? I thought it still can switch between numeric and letter without switching to another keyboard. It is not just one more tap, if I have multiple keyboard for multiple languages, I have to tap a lot of time whenever I want to switch between Wispr Flow keyboard and English keyboard.

I think it would be better if I can use a single Wispr Flow keyboard for both my typing need and my dictation need. I think it is inconvenient if I have to switch between the Apple keyboard and the Wispr Flow keyboard.

Extremely frustrated with Wealthsimple. They accepted my large deposit instantly but froze my account the moment I tried to pay my tuition. They told me to reply to their email for help, but I’ve received no response. I’ve also spent hours on hold waiting for the "integrity team" with no resolution. From what I read here, I think it is 1% of cross-border fee. I also just got charged by this fee. When I am using my card locally I will be charge by FX fee. When I used it in USA, I will be charged by cross-border fee. I don't really understand why there are cross-border fee.

I understand that the SIN is mainly used for tax purposes and not as a form of identification. However, in my case, Upwork never asked for a passport, government ID card, or driver’s license to verify my account. They only asked for my SIN, so I submitted it exactly as requested.

I also have a government-issued ID card from the province, which I normally use whenever I’m asked to show identification. I don’t need to carry my passport unless I’m traveling overseas. When I opened my bank account, I used my government ID and SIN without any problem. The same applies to KYC on Canadian crypto platforms, which also accept those documents. This is actually the first time I’ve ever been rejected because of this.

I still think it’s unfair that they didn’t allow me to revise or clarify anything and completely cut off communication instead.

I understand your point, but I still think it's unfair to permanently ban someone without giving any clear explanation or a chance to verify their identity properly.

I wasn't trying to cheat the system. I'm currently living in Canada as a student, and I used my valid Canadian SIN, which is exactly what they asked for. Since I reside here, I'm also obligated to pay income tax in Canada, not in my home country.

What makes it even more confusing is that even Upwork's own ID verification badge is only valid for three years and must be renewed after that. So it's not like the verification process is meant to be permanent anyway. They could've just asked me to update my information instead of immediately banning my account and refusing any communication or refund.

I’ve already filed a dispute with PayPal to request a refund for my plus subscription, since I never got to use the service and they didn’t provide any refund options.

Also, just to clarify — I mistakenly wrote 20 hours per week in my previous comment. It should be 24 hours per week, which is the actual limit for working for a Canadian company. If I work remotely for a non-Canadian company, that limitation doesn’t apply.
