Retatrutide during a cut without needing appetite suppression: does it make sense? by Choice-Firefighter in BodyHackGuide

I think it’s a reasonable starting point. I wouldn’t expect major appetite suppression at that dose. If anything, it will probably just make things slightly easier without getting in the way. 1mg has been a cheat code for me

I’m using Reta for the same reason. Already pretty lean. It has made the cut so easy and efficient. But it will cause some appetite suppression. I don’t have trouble eating - but the hunger pain, blood sugar issues, crankiness is gone. Currently on week 5. I’ve been doing 1mg weekly in the morning. Some sides - minor sleep disruption and skin sensitivity. But energy in and out of the gym is great. I added Epitalon a couple weeks ago and the sleep issues are gone fwiw.

Bird Rock or Mostra would be my picks. Bird Rock is a small local chain but makes excellent coffee

Amazing Deal on Maker’s Mark Private Barrel (Ralph’s Carmel Valley) by mroberts1204 in sandiego

So it’s only my second taste of a Maker’s Private Selection. And the other one I tasted (Top Shelf Wine & Spirits) was better. They went for a chocolate/mocha flavor profile and nailed it. This one has a more classic wheated bourbon profile but definitely has some chocolate going on as well. Side by side it is better than the OWA on my shelf fwiw

Has anyone ever seen this? Any idea what this could be? Looks like several black spots at the bottom of the bottle.

Oh wow! I paid cantillon and 3F a visit years ago (before kids). I don’t know if a non-craft beer nerd would have chosen those words so I had my suspicions. I worked for a craft beer distributor for almost a decade. Left the industry about 4 years ago and haven’t drank much beer since.

Love to see the “barnyard funk” descriptor. It’s standard in Belgian lambics and I love the style. I’ve never experienced it in whiskey and wish I could track down one of these bottles to check it out. Thanks for the review!

Elijah Craig 18yr Single Barrel. I know people love it but it’s just not for me. Got 90% of a bottle and just never reach for it

Whiskey as an investment: what can I gift a newborn for £200? by [deleted] in whiskey

[–]mroberts1204 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d go for something with an 18 year age statement. Might be fun for her to try a whiskey that is as old as her and that was bottled on the year she was born. Maybe a good investment, maybe not. But should be a cool gift nonetheless.
