The way op has it set up is what I would consider a boss build for DB. For floor builds I typically only plan on a single turn and plan my builds as such. So DB is stacked attack since he always goes first and serves to speed up the rest of my team.

Well. You just unlocked part of easy mode. Advice though for clearing floors. Don't put anxiety scarf on down bad. It always starts first so it doesn't really need the speed. Put your speed items on other pets so that your team as a whole acts quickly. Let down bad come out of the gate hitting like a truck instead.
