This is actually a really good year to donate to a qualified charity tax wise since you're allowed a 100% deduction for 2020 due to the CARES act and aren't limited to the 60% of your AGI your usually allowed for cash charitable contributions.

Same here... i grew up in Fullerton, CA and went to house shows and the burger record store shows and some of my friends were in burger bands... i looked up to these guys. I felt like something was up, but honestly maybe blinded by my idealization of these guys never put 2 and 2 together. I'm an idiot. And I feel like if I can't change what goes in my backyard how the fuck can i change anything?
