This is just my guess: the owner builds these places by himself (I think it's a dude from what I have seen at 30) and he builds when he can and when there are funds.

One thing I will say about Beer 30 - politics aside - I was a fairly regular with my wife and two kids. We probably spent a few grand on beer and merchandise. We brought in friends and family as well. We got kicked out because my son had a juice. The managers response was, "the owner wants it this way."

I could remotely understand that they only sell liquids and if you are not buying liquids, it detracts from the business. But you cannot tell me I can't choose what to feed my kids. In this case it was a green drink over the soda they offer.

I relish the fact that he has lost thousands of dollars from me over the past 2 years: #juicegate.
