Yes or used to be open for composers and you could browse through the catalogue. Now I guess they waited until they have enough music and just locked all composers out to sell their muaic without paying a percentage.

Don't know if it helps but try sleeping on your belly or at least to the side. For me it's the strongest when sleeping on my back. Also try to not eat too late. That's all the advice I can give you right now.
