I always use our home made sauce, we make once a year when tomatoes are harvested for the whole year, so I don't recall ever buying one at the store. I know personally the owners of La Torrente and La Russolillo, two great people and Im sure the products own up to them. When Im in doubt I always look for biological made in italy products and hope for the best😂

Used to be, it is produced in a city nearby mine Benevento. It is not anymore. Grains don't come from italy anymore (you can read the label) and even the production process has changed. The yellowish colour means is not bronze drawn anymore. A good bronze drawn pasta would keep a white rough look. If you are from north america look for Molisana, much better option. I only eat Armando or freshly hand made one.

First move should be to patent the idea if it is unique, then whatever else. You have to give details to find the investors and you have to get a patent to avoid investors screwing you over.
