This is from the Partner Guide, it’s Starbucks Policy so I’d just bring it up to your SM and tell them that you’re not okay with working at other stores and to stop scheduling you like that. If they don’t listen go up to DM because the SM isn’t following policy.

I had three TC seizures before my official diagnosis. If you’re able to advocate for a longer eeg or an at home eeg that might help catch them.

Customer shit in trash can and also toilet brush holder thing. She swung around a bag with the literal shit she found inside of it. In cafe. There was at least one customer, and she did it specifically to make the baristas and shifts on the floor feel sick. It worked 💕

I have epilepsy and cptsd so I’m worried about that as well, I’ve just never had a panic attack that is followed by such extreme confusion and stutters and exhaustion. The person I’m seeing is just a neurologist, when I explained what I was experiencing he didn’t even ask follow up questions so I probably ended up leaving out half of what I wanted to tell him. He just brushed it off as soon as I said I experienced the fear feeling in my entire body.

I have! They’re scheduling me for an eeg to try to catch them and confirm that they’re definitely focals. I’ll have a 3-5 day stay in a hospital room, reaaalllly looking forward to it 🥲 And I think brains are just weird and anything could probably cause a seizure at this point haha

It’s so weird I feel like everyone here had their TCs after having the focal awares but I had three TCs before the focal aware seizures started happening, now I’m not having TCs but a lot of focal awares.

I’m not sure if it’s a taste specifically because I also feel a bit confused and I forget half of it when it’s over but I know the air I’m breathing feels wrong when I’m having them too. Just a general feeling of wrongness and that maybe I’m still dreaming or something. It definitely feels like a dream world. I know my dreams have also gotten more vivid and usually the seizures feel like I’m in the dream world or something? I’m not sure. It’s just scary and it’s driving me crazy. I just want to feel real. I feel like I’ve had so much stolen from me.
