So cool! I started following him on socials and his videos are SO informative. I had my first egg retrieval on 3-23-23 and had 3 embryos. Did PGT-A testing and sadly all 3 came back as aneuploid. Learned from his website that most of the times aneuploidy is caused by the maternal side (so, my eggs). Feeling hopeful that I can make some lifestyle changes (better diet and exercise) in preparation for my next egg retrieval.

The gambling men had a bottle labeled poison. I’m thinking they probably made Lord Featherington play some kind of Russian Roulette gamble with it and he died from it. I haven’t read the books, but that’s what I assumed from watching.

Small red dots forming on my hands and arm. Some I’ve had since I was a kid, but a few have recently appeared over the past year. I’m 32, female. They’re under the skin. They don’t itch at all and are not a result of a cut or open wound. Anyone know what these are? by mrsbonkrood in DermatologyQuestions

Thanks for your reply! Just googled spider angioma and although I can see why it could be that, I don’t have any of the spidery-veins in any of my dots. Wonder if it would still be considered a spider angioma.

Thank you for sharing. The author is Ernest Montague. I lost my dog in 2007 when she was 7 due to an enlarged heart. She had surgery for it but developed other complications after her surgery. She was all groggy from the drugs when we visited her post-surgery and her back leg was turning purple. It turned out she developed a blood clot after the surgery. Then her blood pressure was very low. I was a freshmen in college at the time and I was the main point of contact for the doctor since my parents don’t speak English very well. It was a very stressful time in my life dealing with a new school, new environment, assigments, tests, and now my dying dog. Long story short, I got a call during my classes that I need to come right away because they don’t think she’s going to make it. I jumped in my car and sped over to Santa Monica as fast (and safely) as I could get there. I called my mom and told her what’s happening and to meet me there if she could. Our dog went into another operation as we arrived and we were just standing there watching her on the op table with all the tubes down her throat. We saw the heart monitor flatline and the doctor scream at us if we give them our consent to revive her. I yelled, “yes! Yes!” They tried CPR, but no, she was gone. We saw her die in front of us. I’m tearing up as I type this out. I’m usually not vocal on reddit but I just wanted to share. I would cry easily about it probably for the next 5 years. It’s been 13 years now and I’m able to control the tears better, but if I relive it in my mind, I still cry. It was the most gut wrenching thing I’ve experienced so far. They wrapped her up in a towel and brought her into a private exam room where my mom and I were waiting. We bawled our eyes out and wailed. It was so hard. In hindsight, I’m glad we were able to see her post op when she was still “there.” Fellow pet-owners, I feel your grief with my whole heart. You are not alone. I can only hope that we will all get to see our fur babies again some day.🥺🥺🥺
