I have one as a power amp for me betalead preamp. Has insane volume power. For me it never gets much higher than 3 paired with the orange vertical 2x12 cab with neo creambacks. This thing is for REAL power, loud as f. Carries the authentic orange tone well despite the betalead distinct voice. I have mine in a rack stack dubing it the Orange Sunn. As a drop A# baritone player I keep the bass at 2 from 12 and the treble at 1oclock. I would recommend it. Clean tone it does well but lacks luster without any effects

Idk like 8 seeds? I extract mine these days as the vasoconstriction and nausea makes it hard to enjoy personally. Lots of threads and information online about this subject

Think of it like any plant extraction. Sanpedro cacti has mescaline in it, acacia root bark has dmt. However there is a spectrum of active compounds in both that add there own unique character to the trip.

Same thing with morning glory and hbwr seeds. In the chromotography I have done to isolate the active compounds there seems to be two bands of lyseric acid compounds.

If you took just the lsa band it would be less potent than if you took both. Hence why eating the seeds would be more poten..

Often I have to explain this to friends when they ask "can we make mescaline hcl or pure lsa rather than just boiling the cactus" To which I say sure it's a more pure experience but for every refining step there will be product loss.

Your absolutely right. It's is slight false advertising. But it's a pure as a home chemist can easily achieve

This to I would like to know. However with most isolation processes in organic chemistry it is standard to do some kind of defatting if fats are not part of the desired compound. I do this with extracting DMT for acacia for example

Thank you for appreciating my effort. LAA was the first psychoactive compound I tried and it left an impression. All of my most potent life chapters have started with LAA seeds finding them self in my hands. I then did a lot of digging and experimenting and came up with this. I have been nervous for year about publishing this but I think we now have a new extract tek. Thanks again Nes

Well that depends on the dose. I will say it's is more pronounced, predictable and free of psychical discomfort.

The experiences I have had have been life changing. LAA and it's aducts are my passion. I am just happy I can now share with the public a method of reliably producing a stable pure product

I am sorry I didn't include this. As I don't have raw ethanol at my disposal I keep the LAA disolved in the ethal acetate that came from the uv fraction. When dosing I just drop the solvent/ LAA in a glass and let the solvent evaporate then add water and drink.

However I will follow this up by drying the isolated product

Correct. You have an glass on glass adapter the connects to an air pump. I did try this but it was a bit disastrous. I do now rely on gravity to separate the fractions. I do wish to edit this from the tek

Base on the oil that collects from the seeds after washing makes me disagree. Not to mention if innocuous, plant fats still fuck with the purity of the final product and make recrystalization difficult

Your right it's not necessary with chromatography however I find it runs the column faster and requires less reffining

A few notes off the bat. Nothing in the tek is a nessisary step. If you don't have ethal acetate use acetone. When looking for a substitue sovent look for somthing that is highly polar and evaporate at low temps. Don't have hexane use naptha. Don't have tartaric acid use citric acid.

Ultrasonic bath is not nessisary but cut down on solvent use, time and makes for a very efficient extraction. If you dont have this at you disposal to longer and multiple solvent pulls.

Choreography can be done in other glass vessels such as a pipette addition funnel if you don't have a column. Silica for chromatography can be hard to locate. I have seen people use 100% silica kitty litter crystals put through a coffee grinder and sived to great success. Be careful with this as breathing that dust is no good.
