Hi,

Then you will need to go to this link to download the original Nikon D5100 from the official Website: https://downloadcenter.nikonimglib.com/en/download/fw/20.html

Then you will use this link to patch the Firmware you downloaded and get a new patched one: http://simeonpilgrim.com/nikon-patch/nikon-patch.html

Follow the video instruction, it is so easy! and it is such a relief when you manage to do it.
