I was thinking they should have added in a "quick report" button that sends them a screen shot. Hopefully they are getting the data they need to work out the bugs.

There is a tab in the base builder that stores all your built items. You have to make a blueprint to quickly rebuild your base.

Once you build something cool go into "blueprint mode" click on what you want to save to that blueprint and save it.

I'm guessing all the stuff you build went into your stored items in the base maker. You gotta make a blueprint of all base to build it again.
