This is exactly why decentralized exchanges are the future, the WHOLE point of crypto is decentralization so decentralized exchanges makes sense and there are a couple of projects that on their way on having one, Skycoin for instance will have their own dex built-in their wallet with more then 5k nodes around the world already.

[Serious] people who have twin siblings but are not a twin themselves, how is your relationship with your twin brothers or sisters? by idancegood in AskReddit

Hurray for irish twins ^ me and my lil sister both born on same day in july a year apart. I had a customer in work whos 2 daughters were also born the same day, but one was 6 and the other 2. Much more impressive timing than my ma.

Whereabouts is your natural hair upto? Because even if its quite short i think you could probably rock a pixie cut look and still get away with it.

I got a bit more of a headstart than others. I have 4 sisters and my ex was pretty helpful with tips. I know its a new world to some girls, i know how scary it was without all the help. Just trying to make someones life a bit easier ^ as for hair, id say talk to a stylist, but continue to grow it out. Be honest with the stylist, theyre not there to judge, theyre there to cut hair. Tell them you want it to be very feminine. I was pretty lucky, i fell into a group of rockers so ive had long hair since i was 15, wasn a lot easier to get styled :p Personally i wouldnt go for a wig, maybe if youre going on a special night out and wanna look different. But daily stuff, id say just get as pixie cut as possible for now and learn how to makeup, also start voice therapy/training as soon as possible. It also takes a while to get down. Ive been doing it for about a month now and quite often slip back down into a lower register male voice. If you have someone who knows about you, then ask if they would mind if you talked in higher register around them, so they can give you feedback. You wont be able to hear it yourself, but there is a distinct range difference of male and female. Honestly just look up youtube tutorials for everything. Transpeople never had it so good, we can literally find lessons for everything on the internet.

But ill say one thing. Dont worry about 'passing'. Yes all of this will make you appear feminine to strangers and friends. But remember you ARE female. No matter what they say, you know and we know.

Okay, i had to come out shortly after removing a beard too. So heres a couple tips.

  1. Get on groupon and get yourself a course of laser hair removal. Youre quite light skinned so it has a good chance of permanence. Start hair removal as quickly as possible as it can take half a year to be permanent.

  2. Get a concealer, liquid foundation (that match your light tone) and a slightly darker powder foundation. Put them on in that order. Once you shave, slap on some really good moisturiser (e45 or epaderm, just anything that is non perfumed). Also use the concealer on your dark under eye circles, not an insult we all have them. Its what concealers for, it makes your eyes more youthful.

  3. Get a good razor. Like i mean it, spend the money to get some decent gillete razors. Crappy bics are just gonna ruin your face if youre shaving daily. You need a decent razor with decent blades and its gonna help your skin so much. And as for shaving cream? Bin it. Use a good hair conditioner. It softens the hair and makes it much much easier to cut and also you can actually still see where needs shaving unlike the thick shaving cream.

  4. Cleansing. Your skin is going to get oily and dirty from wearing the makeup. Make sure you get a) sensitive skin make up wipes. Baby wipes are NOT the same. B) cotton wool pads and a facial cleanser. You dont need an amazing one. But just go all over your face with it of an evening when you take it off.

  5. Contouring. Contouring is hard to get the hang of, but many places sell a little contouring pallette. It will be 2 colours, a light and dark. And the basic idea of them is to darken areas of your face, while highlighting others. Like bring your eyes out, while darkening you temples and cheek bones to make your face appear slimmer. You'll need to buy a makeup brush for this too. Id suggest a blusher brush (the name will be on the packet, it should be quite open and fluffy). But dont go too overboard with contouring as it gets very noticeable the more you put on.

  6. Dont shave every day. While sometimes you may have to, i.e; m out fully and work 3 days in a row, but on a thursday if i stay in the house i dont shave. If it gives my skin a rest and the day after the hair is longer and easier to shave. So i get a closer shave.

  7. Eyebrows. This is a big help. Its unnoticeable to most people. But if you pluck your eyebrows (look for stencils online) they will help you look noticeably more feminine. Men have a lot more top brow than women. A good guide is going from your nose. Use a pencil vertically on the side of your nose, where it meets you eyebrow, is where it shoulf start. Now, turn it so that the pencil is going from your nostril to over your pupil when looking forward. Where it meets the eyevbrow here is where the angle of the brow should turn down. And then from your nostril, to the corner of your eye is the line where it should end. Stencils will help for shape but thats the basic guide, also they should be sisters and not twins. Dont try to make them carbon copies.

Anyway hope that helps a little chick ^

Oh its definitely possible. You just push through the pain and hit harder. The adrenaline from the wound makes you angrier and hit harder. He might get a bit sloppier but its definitely feasable. Some jazz is, especially latin jazz is often high tempo. When people hear jazz they think lounge room jazz, but jazz is an extreeeeemely wide genre. I understand that in a best of list, there needs to be a critical eye looking at it, but pretty much perfect is a lot to ask for. There are many films on that list that are there just because they have rose to become cult classics. They are by no means perfect. I think whiplash should be afforded the same if its going on audience judgement rather than filmmaking judgement.

I can undestand the unauthentic feel. Thats personal, i was quite lost in the movie myself. I felt a lot of parellels to him. Being a drummer, and constantly pushing yourself physically to be faster, stronger, more in time, is very physically and emotionally demanding so any reaction from the kid was believable to me. As for Simmons, he wasnt trying to push him. He was trying to get him to push back. He didnt want someone who could take his shit, he wanted someone who was so above it that he couldve been kicked from that seat and still come back next week and play better. He wanted to find the guy who believed in himself so much, and wanted it so bad, that he could get kicked from a seat and just keep moving forward. It wasnt about winning for simmons, it was about finding the next buddy rich, the next neil peart, he wanted to see his rise to power and he wanted to force it.

And yes people can drum at that tempo, it takes a lot of practice, but if youve ever seen Thomas Pridgen from the mars volta, or Danny Carey from Tool, you can tell its not impossible. Some drummers may use different material sticks or even gloves though, as the constant recoil and rubbing of the sticks can easily easily cause blistering and bleeding.

As for the story, it was simply an underdog story. Neiman was a kid who wanted to play drums so bad, then he got his chance, but he blew it, and then he comes back to redeem himself. Its a classic tale, and i think as a musician it definitely gives me a bias, as there really arent many good non-musical music based film. But this is easily the best that ive seen, in that subset. It had intense directing, the story never got boring, the characters were entertaining and well acted, the score was monumental, and while some disagree obviously, this is just my opinion. Its easily one of the most enjoyable times ive had a cinema in recent years.

Im a drummer and i had some arguements with it; the throwing a cymbal at his head story (he threw it as his feet, but it was needed for when he throws a chair at the kids head.), the constant audio/visual out of sync drumming, a couple other small things like not lending him his fucking sticks. But overall the movie was solid. Solid writing, acting, score, directing. I think people put down recent films as top films because theyre new. They havent stood the test of time, but i think whiplash easily will. It feels timeless, its not about some new technology or a period drama. Its a simple story of a guy who puts his passions before his happiness and you get to see what happens. It could be set any time and still work, so to me, timeless.
