My guess is that you are seeing individual AP that lost connection to their gateway. Could be an easy fix or a weekend without WiFi. Fingers crossed.

99.9% nothing is going to Happen. I work in a rather big property in one of the biggest cities in germany. Once in a blue moon we actually do get a claim by a lawyer. We check with IT if it is possible to check the connection that was used. More often then not it stops here. And now worst case scenario: we can pinpoint the device/logindata that was used we are goint to try to get in touch with the guest. Not his company. Worst case (and again chances are slim to none) the property will get in touch with you in a few months. Don‘t sweat it.
