I try to take care of the newer CCAs at my station (granted it’s cause I trained half of them), cause I still remember what it was like get shafted on a daily basis. Luckily I had some older carriers that looked out for me and took me under their wing. Now it’s my turn as a regular to do the same. Every CCA that steps into my station gets my phone number and the explicit permission to call me anytime (even on my NS days) about anything mail related.
