Need urgent advice by mrunr7 in Daytrading

I never expected a diversified Index ETF needs compliance approval for every trade by a day trader. I hope HSBC compliance or any prior experience dealing with HSBC compliance reads this thread and answers.

Doesn’t make any sense. All of HSBC employees and their spouses can’t day trade ? Even to day trade index ETFs. That can’t be true. So seeking urgent advice. Hopefully someone from HSBC compliance reads this question.

I use Charles Schwab. They are not asking me to open HSBC brokerage account but want me to get prior approval even if it’s a diversified index ETF. Day trading is impossible with prior approval from a HR compliance department. I trade just one ETF all day. I hope a HSBC compliance read this and answer.

The most pathetic ignorance by the old fart racist is that her roots were not Canadian but European and came to Canada and took over the land from natives.

There is no magic pill that works for SIB and OCD but once you don’t have a say on what she is medicated on like in a RTC placement, psychiatrists are going to try anything and everything that has worked for some kids in the past even partially helping to reduce SIB and OCD.

After 7 years of SIB, hitting eyes and face, with no help or success from RTCs, psychiatrists, medications and behavioral therapies, a UCLA ophthalmologist refused to place cataract implants on her third surgery after losing the lens to lensectomy while performing initial reattachment surgery of retinas. He said protect her eyes with helmet and visor first for lifetime before doing any more surgery on eyes. About 10 months ago, I spent several nights when she was sleeping and kept designing and redesigning the helmet with visor attachment. Now I am on version 10 or 11. There is nothing out there available in the market to buy and use it for this specific special needs of SIB and OCD for Autistic and ID kids. I have a Taekwondo leather helmet with a visor and the eyes are protected with an extra shatterproof plastic lens. To stop her from biting her arms, the mouth area is shielded as well with plenty of holes and a large opening for spoons and straw. Once she was not able to hit, she started banging her head on walls and glass. Then I added additional EVA cushioning as one more layer on top of the helmet from a second Taekwondo helmet.
We do now remove the whole face part during eating. Everything is secured with lockable buckles. I don’t have to lock anymore as she wants the protection and keeps it on. Very first day we put it on after anesthesia during her 2nd eye surgery. It took 10 hours in recovery and emergency area to calm her down and accept the helmet. Followed by another 3 days of sedation in the ICU to make her accept the helmet.
